“I saw a fb request from a local man whose wife had sadly died midway through making a crochet blanket for a new baby in the family. He was asking for someone to finish the blanket that she had started, so I offered my services and completed it for him.
He was very grateful. The day that I delivered it to him was his wife’s birthday and we both shed a tear.
He also gave me a bag of her random craft stuff and this tapestry was in it, finished but just on its own so I turned it into a cushion cover as a surprise for him.”
This is such a wonderful kind act, thank you so much Jill for sharing this with us. We see a lot of kindness in the creative community – what have you seen?
