Charles Bradlaugh pub goes above and beyond.

A WhatsApp chat showing a Facebook post screenshot from The Bradlaugh reading Everyone here at The Bradlaugh are sending our best wishes to everyone at Nene Valley retail park. Community genuinely does matter. We would like to offer any of the employees at any of the sites and any of the firefighters involved yesterday a free lunch and coffee on us. Its just a gesture to let you know we are thinking about you and to any of those off work and their normal routine affected a place to come take your mind off things for a few hours. Any staff at the sites that wish to privately take us up, please email info@thecharlesbradlaugh.com. Followed by a comment from Becky which reads Hey lovely, how's your week been? I've had this kindness story sitting on my desktop since last summer and kept meaning to ping it over to you! There was a massive fire back home in a retail park and the Charles Bradlaugh pub in the town (one of my personal faves from back in the day!) offered the emergency services a free lunch and coffee xx

Seeing kindness has a long lasting effect, making us feel good both at the time and after, and this story from my friend Becky is a wonderful example of that.

Becky sent me a story that’s related to something that happened last year; after a fire at Nene Valley retail park, the Charles Bradlaugh pub offered free lunch and coffee to the emergency services.

Becky noticed this kindness when they posted about it on Facebook and still remembers it now, despite not being directly affected.

A true testament to the power of seeing kindness. What kindness have you seen that’s stuck with you?
