“As I was wandering around Cardiff (lost) I walked past Spawn Point just as a member of staff came out to let a parent who was about to walk in to the shop next door know that their child was in Spawn Point.
The parent was super grateful and the assistant was so friendly and kind to them, chatting as they went into the store to be reunited.
I myself was a total mess at the time and on the verge of a meltdown from being lost, but seeing that act of kindness also had a positive impact on me.”
Kind acts really do have a ripple effect far beyond where we might even expect them to as this story shows.
