Tips to deliberately look for kindness:
- When you wake up, tell yourself ‘Today I am going to notice an act of kindness.’
- Pay attention to your thoughts – if you start telling yourself about a negative behaviour you’ve seen, let the thought go on its way past you.
- Look out for interactions between 2 or more people, on the street, on the TV, in your office etc – at least 1 of those interactions will have kindness in it.
