At the March repair cafe in Barry an elderly man came in confused about how to report his meter readings on the app with his provider sending notifications and things asking him to.
It’s not exactly what they do at the repair cafe but the admin woman there helped him do it anyway. He was so grateful and I suspect it put his mind at rest too.
