“When I was 13 my dad died of leukaemia. Most of my school friends didn’t care but one girl, not a special friend, made a point of stopping me in the corridor one day to say how sorry she was and how hard it must be for me. I never forgot her.
A couple of years ago, I managed to find her on Facebook. We are both now married, nearly 60 and have grown up children.
I thanked her for that kind act and she said it made her day, she was glad she’d helped me. 💗💓”
