“It’s a small thing but after picking up my daughter from pre-school we typically go to the bakery to get chouquettes (French pastry). I usually order three… and lately the lady from the bakery has been giving us LOTS of extra ones.
The first time it happened I literally gasped… she said just smiled and winked at us.
Same thing yesterday (even if I was alone, on the way to pre-school). Whenever it happens, it always makes me smile.”
