How does kindness show up in your workplace?
“I experienced kindness from one of my clients this morning. When I explained that a tricky family situation meant that I wasn’t able to start my work for her until later in the day, she replied immediately to say “Work can wait”.
She literally used these words and it was such a relief to know that I could deal with a difficult personal situation and not have to worry about anything else.”
