I helped an elderly gentleman whose small dog had pulled him over on the pavement outside the vets. A lady who works in the bar opposite also saw what happened, so she dashed over and together we helped him back to his feet, took hold of his dog’s lead and helped the pair of them into the surgery where the receptionist took over looking after them both.
