Joining a new football team after not playing for a long time can be nerve-wracking but Becky of The Mindful Gingernut did just that and experienced a huge kindness when a new, more experienced player joined.
The new player gave Becky lots of advice and was really helpful so Becky sent her a message to say thank you:
“I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your support and advice when we play our matches at training. It really helps me tune into what I should be doing, and felt such a difference when you switched to our side yesterday. So a massive thank you”
Wonderful proof that kindness is contagious and that football is full of it!
