Donating unused items to local community.

a baby in a purple stroller.

When each season shifts, Sara Yahia clears out her home and passes on her old clothes, unused appliances, and furniture after cleaning them.

Some notable rehomed items are dishes and lamps to a college student, a stroller to a single mother left anonymously on her porch, and clothes for someone starting fresh.

A neighbor once shared, “She gave me a blanket last winter. I hadn’t told anyone how cold it was.”

Sara’s attitude is “If I’m not using something, and someone else needs it, why let it collect dust?” She believes that kindness doesn’t have to be grand or expensive. Sometimes, it’s simply letting go with purpose.
