Sherwood Forest legacy of kindness lives on.

a footpath with a woodland to the left and fields to the right. The sky above is blue and scattered with some fluffy white clouds.

“We were walking in Sherwood Forest with our two Border Terriers when we realised that the puppy, just 8 months old, wasn’t with us. We shouted and searched everywhere, beginning to feel really desperate and thought he may have fallen down a rabbit hole. I started to cry when I heard a ladies voice from far away shouting “have you lost a little dog?”

Shouting back “yes”, she said that our dog, Murphy, had made her go through the woods to find us.

Never been so grateful in my life.”

Thank you so much to Josephine who sent this wonderful example of kindness in to us. We hope the rest of your dog walks have been less stressful!
