Stranger on a train frees up table seat.

Sarah, a woman with light skin tone and long grey hair tied back wearing a long black dress covered in white stars and a denim jacket with a small pink bag. She is standing in front of a mirror taking a selfie with her phone.

On the train on the way to Liverpool for the NWUPC conference, Tris and I changed trains at Birmingham New Street.

As we were walking through the carriage looking for somewhere to sit, I mentioned to Tris that if we could find seats at a table that would be handy as I had my laptop with me and needed to do some work during the journey.

A guy who was sitting at a table by himself must have overheard me because he stood up and offered us the table, moving to sit at a pair of seats because he didn’t need a table.

Tell me about something kind you saw or experienced recently.
