“So I’m not sure if this is allowed but I just wanted to give a shout out to BeSafe who have astonished me with their level of customer service, and I thought this group is the best to in case anyone was undecided on which ERF car seat to buy! So a bit of background, my son has 20 allergies (and counting as still working them out) and can only wear cotton/bamboo clothes so is a very sensitive little soul.
I noticed after he had been in his Be Safe Stretch the back of his neck and sides of his face would come up in a rash. I reached out to BeSafe’s customer service to see if they have shoulder pads in the summer cover material (bamboo) which I currently saving for, but they didn’t – the next thing I know I get an email advising they have made my boy a very special set using the summer cover material.
Absolutely gobsmacked and overwhelmed at such amazing thoughtfulness from a company! I highly recommend.”
