“Our boiler broke a month before we were due to get it refitted so I wanted to wash my hair at the pool after swimming. There are only a couple of private showers, the others are basically poolside, and the private were taken.
After I got chatting to someone else in the communal showers, they spotted a private shower coming available and held it for me even though they would’ve liked to use it themselves.
I felt so lucky and grateful….and finally warm and clean!”
