Hikers group supports & reassures worried fat, disabled newbie.

“I joined a group for local hikers and I posted that I’m worried about being slow because I’m fat and disabled. So far, like three people have said ‘Me too!’ and told me I can message them when I’m going on a hike and they’ll walk with me.” Finding people who support you is so

Two boxes filled with things sitting on a floor. In the cardboard box a dusty bag sits on top of some other unidentifiable items ready for the tip. In the plastic box are some rubber gloves, a metal pole and other items.

Neighbour takes extra items to tip for non-driver.

As a non-driver, I cannot get to the tip with any rubbish that I can’t recycle, etc. I put a message in my road WhatsApp group and a very kind neighbour came and took my stuff with him on his own next tip run. Give us a follow on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn for daily
