Coffee and kindness with Fran

I met up with fellow kindness and compassion advocate, Fran Borg-Wheeler, from Heart Centred Leaders. She very kindly bought me a coffee. In case you’re wondering, it was a particularly good coffee from FCB coffee! This story is also about kindness to self because I always enjoy catching up and connecting with people like Fran.

“My son told me he was proud of himself as he set off to the climbing centre yesterday, so I asked him why. He has a friend he’s recently reconnected with after being friends in the early years of secondary school but then she had to leave because of various mental health issues, and Covid
