When I arrived at my desk on the first day of my new job, I was greeted by a Welcome box. It had some pens, pencils, a couple of notebooks, a cup, some teabags and some milk sachets, some wrapped biscuits, as well as campus maps and information.
It was such a lovely welcoming gesture! And everyone was really friendly and welcoming in person too.
