I was at the Royal Berkshire Hospital with my Mum for an appointment to get her new hearing aids fitted. It’s a large, confusing building so we were trying to find the right department.
Almost the minute we stopped in a corridor to try and work out where we needed to go, a hospital employee stopped and asked if we were OK and then pointed us in the right direction.
Remind yourself that most people are mostly kind with even more stories:
Neighbour provides iced water for delivery drivers.
I saw someone assisting a blind fellow passenger off the train.
Neighbour provides a lawnmower & gets box of vegetables from allotment as a thank you.
