One way to volunteer is to become a charity trustee. I have been a trustee for 2 amazing charities – children’s literacy charity ABC to Read and advice charity Citizens Advice Wokingham. It was a great honour and responsibility to be involved with both of them.
If you’re considering becoming a trustee I would highly recommend it. It’s a chance to use your skills for good and to be involved in setting the strategy and direction for your organisation.
